For low season (Jan to May, Oct to Dec) no cancellation fee if cancelled or modified up to 7 days before arrival date. Full fee if less notice given.

For mid season (June and September) no cancellation fee if cancelled or modified up to 15 days before arrival date.  Full fee if less notice given.

For high season (July and August) no cancellation fee if cancelled or modified up to 30 days before arrival date.  Full fee if less notice given.
